I always come on free dryer days and I've never had a problem with washers or dryers being available. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I've been at all times of day and night too

I really like the new card system a lot more convenient than hauling around a bunch of quarters and worrying about having a ton of money in your wallet. I feel it’s a lot more safer having a card that’s preloaded. I like that they’re 24 hours. And have free dryer days.

Came by on Tuesday afternoon. Plenty of washers and dryers available so no waiting. I've been washing here for years. They recently switched to cards for payment for both washers and dryers. Seems to be easier. I'll recommend to anyone who can use them!!

Cannot complain.. simply Cannot! This place gives me the opportunity to wash my clothes 24/7. Im always busy but I CAN DO LAUNDRY HERE without any problems. I APPRECIATE LINEN FRESH OF SAN MATEO.

First time here & my experience was outstanding. place is clean & employees are very friendly. Jasmine help assist me with some machines & she was very professional. I 10/10 recommend coming here. Jasmines hospitality made the laundry Matt feel safe & comfortable.

Extremely convenient and washers are new and clean. They have 2 employees working to assist you and they keep it clean. Open 24hrs is a huge help

I have been coming here for as long as it has been open. About 3 or so years ago it started cleaning up (the homeless hanging around and the store itself) two employees that I regularly see hustling to keep the store clean and safe : First is Terrence the store manager. He keeps the homeless off property and scammers out of the store. I would not come here otherwise with my wife and children. Also Margherita or Jazmine (not sure lol) she is always assisting Terrence in keeping the status on the up and up. Even the new owners are making improvements weekly to bring a shine to the place. My go to laundromat.

im here at a little after 3am, and although it is moderately busy, the 2 guys currently working have been doing an excellent job of helping with all of the customers needs while continuously cleaning things so that everyone has the washers/ dryers/ folding stations, and baskets that they need cleaned and ready to go. Even continuously vaccuming out the dryer filters. They have been very polite and helpful. Also the pay by card is so much easier, and for every $10 you load on your card you get $1 free!
